| The Chop & Chop board is an innovative concept
of strong but flexible cutting mats that protect
kitchen surfaces from marring while also allowing
you to funnel food directly into pans, bowls or
woks. The pliable surface of the mats cushion knife
blades when chopping, thus extending the life of
your knife. Antibacterial properties are blended
into the resin and will not wash or wear off but
will actively inhibit the growth of bacteria. The
mats are NSF approved and meet all FDA standards.
